Steve never got back to me, like he said he would in his response. Now that the wood has dried out a bit since it was delivered - about 3 months later - it can be burned with some coaxing. And it does seem to burn long, so it's mostly hardwood. Still, the response is pretty bad, and I essentially had to season the stuff myself.

Absolutely top-notch. Everything that touched the table was incredible, and that's quite a few dishes considering the ban chan. Barbecue was perfectly seasoned and cooked and super tender. Waitress was on top of things without being on top of us.

[English above/Spanish below] I love this place. There's a great range of piñatas and a ton of awesome stuff to fill them with. Magdalena is super nice and it's great to support a local woman-owned business. We will definitely come here for our future party supply needs.

Estoy feliz de haber encontrado este lugar. Es la cosa perfecta por una fiesta de niños. Tienen un montón de piñatas distintos y rellenos ricos (de hecho, terminamos comiendo uno de cada cosa mientras llenamos la piñata - no podíamos resistir). También es un negocio local que pertenece a una mujer latina, y es buena poder apoyar.

[English above/Spanish below] This is a great spot for quality tacos, good coffee, and some great aguas frescas. The salsas are top-notch, the tortillas are made by hand, and the steak is actually tender in the tacos. Not to mention that this is a family business, and that they grow and roast their own coffee in Mexico. Really top-notch. Can't wait to go back.

Tacos buenazos, salsas ricas, y una buena taza de café. Me sorprendió lo rico que era todo. Volveré definitivamente y quiero probar todo el menú. Además, es un negocio familiar y ellos rostizan y crecen su propio café. Chévere. Lo recomiendo.
