I am basing this review on the sales department. I went there looking for a motorcycle cover, and i saw a dowco one i wanted. it was priced at $85, but i told the salewoman that they were selling them for $65 online (i showed them on my blackberry). they bumped $20 off the price. very reasonable people, nice looking shop. will definetly consider them for my future motorcycle needs
this place was really busy when i went here, but i called about a hour and half ahead for a reservation, and they were cool with it. sat us (a party of two) at a four person table. the waitress was wonderful and friendly. the food was.... eh... okay... the GF ordered a crabcake thing, and i ordered a woodgrilled variety platter or soemthing like that. some of the food was really undercooked, some was cooked right, and some was overcooked. overall, it was a pretty good experience

this is a review for the service department. I don't know what this place's problem is. i had my bike sent here for an insurance job. they took over a week and a half to even order the part, then another week before it came in. i had to keep calling them to remind them to order the part. it was ridiculous. they also forgot to call me when the bike was ready. i was treated like crap, i will NOT spend my non-insurance money here. pathetic, awful service. i also question the "hour and a half" of labor it took to use two bolts to put a switch on the handlebars. i hate this place
the only reason i even give them 1 star is because they fixed my bike with no problems.

i went there during restaurant week. i got the filet mignon! it was good! especially for the restaurant week prices. the server was very cool and not overimposing. the place itself is inside a castle which is very cool, but had a weird awkward silence to it. the loudest people in there was my party of 10 college guys. i liked to place a lot, i just don't know if i could afford it if it wasn't resaurant week.
i love manny!
i probably come in every 3-4 months for a haircut. he doesnt' remember my name, but recognizes my face. he does a great job on my hair every time! he also takes his time with you. he doesn't rush you in and out, like other barber shops. he always has some strange story to tell me about his life which is always entertaining. i love the place too, everything from the pictures of bob marley to the knight's armor. excellent barber, excellent man, excellent place!

There's a curtain blocking your way when you walk in, but I like the effect when you walk through the door. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation on valentine's day, but they were totally accommodating and sat us right away and got drinks for us right away. We got oysters as an appetizer, and they were EXCELLENT! the drinks were very good! I got the surf and turf special - the swordfish was skewered, but tasted only so-so, it just tasted kind of bland. however the lamb that came with it was absolutely delicious, and it was presented in a very asthetically pleasing way. the waiter was pefectly paced and talked in a weird soothing voice... kind of creeped me out a little, but he was perfect for a waiter. even after we finished, the owner came over to us to ask us how our meal was and if everything was satisfactory - but he did this as a hint that we needed to leave, because we were just sticking around talking at the table, and they were waiting to sit people. he was totally polite about it, and it was no problem at all, as we had been there for almost 2 hours on valentine's day.
overall the place was great, we weren't sat to close to anyone or anything. the bench seats with the tables kind of suck a little though because you sink down into them, so if you're a guy and doin't want to look like you're only 4'11'' tall, use the hard seat.
the ambience of the place was right on.
the only reason i take only one star off is because i haven't given a 5 star review yet.

I've never even been to the shop or had any work done. I'm basing this review on the phone conversation I had with one of the guys. I use to have an old 1986 bike that was a basket case. He helped me try to diagnose it over the phone and was very helpful the whole time. I will definetly consider bringing my newer bikes here when the time comes.

I brought in an older bike (1986). It isn't the greatest looking bike, and is kind of a basket case, but they said they would take their best shot at fixing it. It had some type of charging problem (i.e. stator, regulator, etc.). They treated the bike like GARBAGE. They helped me unload it out of the back of my truck by violently swinging it out. After waiting a month and a half to get it back, they couldn't fix the problem, but I paid them for their effort anyhow (even though i doubt they even worked on it). The seat was not even on the bike when they gave it back to me!!!! seriously, you left it outside with the seat off! one of the grips was missing! how did you tear off the grip?
I know the bike doesn't look the best, but that doesn't give you the write to treat it like junk. You should treat everyone's bike like gold, because that's what it means to them.
Their labor prices seemed average, and the guy who I talked to seemed to want to honestly help me, but I feel like i was dicked around after getting my bike back. I would NOT recommend anyone go here.
