I LOVE this restaurant. I've been going here for about a year now, and I often pick up food to-go 3-4 nights a week. The food is wonderful, but I am particularly drawn to the service. The staff is fantastic, very responsive, and incredibly friendly. I love everyone there, but I particularly like employees Mickey and Connie. I am there so often that they know my phone number, so they often pick up the phone, call me by name and say "I'll get your order started right now." Actually - they often have my change waiting right there for me when I get there. Now THAT is good customer service. I used to go to another Thai restaurant also located nearby, but I was driven away by the poor customer service. I will go to a restaurant for many years, just based on friendly staff, and you can and will get that at this wonderful restaurant!

I've been using the mobile grooming service for about 2 years now - first in Menlo Park and then in Mountain View. They are SO awesome. Bonnie is the primary groomer and it's really obvious that she, and the other staff, love dogs and my dogs in particular! They are quick and efficient and they NEVER complain about my very hyper dogs! Prices are pretty high, but the service right to your door just can't be beat.

I've been twice and both dentists were nice and knowledgeable. However, they seem to have some turnover there - my dentist had left and the staff seemed different. I didn't like the rooms either. They are more like cubicles, so you don't have any privacy and you can see and hear everyone else.

They have a fairly decent selection, but the staff is awful. They don't know ANYTHING about crafts or sewing and they are super unhelpful. The line is always long at the front and good luck getting anybody to answer a question!
