I rather go to IHOP.
Whatever you do, don't order the East Cost Sampler. You get a lobster roll, 2 crab cakes, a bowl of clam chowder, fish and chips. It's pricey ($32) and not good at all. The lobster roll tasted like lobster meat from a jar, not fresh at all. The crab cakes were just ok, nothing special. Clam chowder was better than than the crab cakes. Fish and chips was the worst I've ever had. Fish tasted and smelled like it was a few days old. The fried clams however was the best in the sampler.
When we got home I had to run to the bathroom. It wasn't pleasant. I'm not sure what gave me the ache but I'm sure it was one of the not so fresh seafood items. An hour later I had to run to the bathroom again.
This is our fist time to Studio Diner and this is the last time.

This hole in the wall (actually it's inside the supermarket) is where you will find the BEST Banh Cuon ever! They make everything fresh here. Don't come here if you are looking for ambience. It's like they warped this restaurant from Vietnam and plopped it here in Mira Mesa. Order the Banh Cuon Dat Biet (#28) it's my favorite and it's only $7. Don't expect them to bring it out in like 30 seconds cause the make it only when order so it comes out fresh and steamy. Their cha is super good since they make it there themselves also. This is probably Mira Mesa best kept secret for Vietnamese banh cuon.

We got lucky when we rented this place for 3-days. They started a new policy where they will only rent out for at least 5 days. Our apt was on the 47 floor which gave us a great view of Chicago. The 2 bed 2 bath apt was just about the right size for couples traveling together. I would definately come back if we were able to get close to the top floor again. The TV was a bit small, Wi-Fi was provided. However the bathroom were not as great as an apt near the top floor should be.

Best place to get a haircut in San Diego! If you don't mind waiting. Andy is the only barber there so when he's busy you have to wait. It's better to make an appointment. Definitely worth the wait though. Highly recommended place to get a trim.
Love it! Ask for the Vietnamese yogurt. It's the best! Can't wait for more.

Beautiful Hotel right in the smack of downtown San Diego. Can't beat the location right across from Horton Plaza and the Yard House right next door.

Service was extremely slow. When we checked in for our reservation the guy just looked at us and say wait 15 minutes. He didn't even check his reservation list. We sat down and decided what we wanted for dinner and closed our menu. Usually that's a sign that we have decided what to order. All the servers walked by and nobody acknowledged us for 15 minutes. We had to ask someone if we could order food.
First they served us bread but gave us no plates. Then we waited awhile for a server to even acknowledged us. Then they brought our entrees 40 minutes later. Did I mention service was awful. I order a top sirloin steak and they gave me a butter knife for to cut my steak. A butter knife for steak? Really?
We paid our bill and will never come back again.
