I go here quite a lot for lunch, I'm not sure why.  It's within walking distance and  you can sit outside in the summer.

I swear the Arancini are from Trader Joe's.

But I stopped by for lunch Monday and it was closed.

It's my neighborhood starbucks. The people who work there are very nice. What else is their to say?

I love Paul's Diner.  I eat breakfast there once or twice a week. The friendly staff gets to know you pretty quickly, and I get my usual thing ordered for me as soon as I walk in the door.

It's so much better than any fast food joint for breakfast.  Spend an extra 15 minutes, sit down and enjoy your morning meal!

We had a quick dinner here on Monday night. The place was pretty quiet, but the food was quite good. I had some nice arancini and lamb. We definitely will go back.

We ate there last night. Service was excellent and the food is incredible. I had tuna tar tar in coconut & lime juice for an app and lemongrass lobster. It came with four sauces to dip: butter, lemongrass butter, chile sauce, and kimchee(?).  It was served with some perfectly prepared saffron rice. I loved it.

Others had seared scallops over miso mashed with lobster tempura; a crazy bento box with east and south asian spices.  

Even the kids food was good, real wood fired pizza.  And instead of a sea captain coloring page, each child got a mini story/coloring book to keep them well occupied during apps and drinks.

Desserts are great, not to be missed. We tried the chocolate sundae bags, which were little shopping bags made of chocolate, filled with ice cream and cookies; also a molten chocolate cake that was way beyond the tired typical such thing every restaurant has these days; and a raspberry sorbet that must have been made there.

This place does a great job combining fresh cape cod seafood with asian spices and flavors.

The wine list is surprisingly mediocre given the high level of the cuisine, and probably the only reason I'd hold back one star. But I'm a hopeless wine snob, so it might be just me.

Six of us went here for a business dinner.  We let the waitress order for us, and had a ton of great stuff, including a couple of kobe beef dishes, squid, toro, maguro, hamachi sashimi; some amazing maki that I don't even know what was in it: maguro and some black fish row; some lamb chops which were terrific; pan seared gigantic scallops on zucchini.  Accompanied by a nice (chilled) sake.

Service was great, the ambiance was good: very clean/modern wood decor.

I'm sure the bill was crazy expensive, but the company picked up the tab, lucky us.

The place looks nice enough, a renovated railroad station. It's run/owned by the Mt. Washington hotel, so I had semi-high hopes when I took my family there for dinner in early October.

The food is mediocre at best; it's like they were aiming for Applebees quality but fell short.  At least Applebees is is satisfying in a fast-food, sugar-rush kind of way.

The service could best be described as "inattentive."

There's not a huge selection of restaurants in this tourist area of New Hampshire, and we're still looking for a great place for our weekend trips here.   :-(

The best pizza in town: great chewy, fresh crust. The dining room is very small.

The beef n ale closed a long time ago.  A new (and much different) restaurant is there in it's place.
