He was quick and knows what he is doing. Took off all 7 locks, deadbolts, took it back to their "A-Able" blue truck, re-keyed them all, back in 10 minutes and installed them all. He was done within 30 minutes.
Great, quick service! another thing off the todo list after moving

We replaced the tar and gravel in 2005 with Dura-Foam and the new foam roof has worked out great! The roof is much better insulation than tar & gravel. Keeps the house (much) cooler in the summer and prevents leaks (which we had *lots*) during the raining season

Staff were friendly and didn't assume we speak Korean (we're Taiwanese) like a lot of other places do.
"Just get the super" was what they all told us.
Good burrito!! Wow, they've put the right amount of salsa in there, lots of fresh quac, and the carna asada! wow, juicy, warm, tasty! I've always thought you need to add lots of extra stuff whenever I eat a burrito and this place changed my mind. Whole lot of good stuff in a wrapped "super carne asada" burrito.
Totally worth it!
We decided to buy the $65 frequent card which gets you
- 10 bento boxes (priced at $6.50 each) and 1 free
- You can get drinks for $1 extra
- When you purchase the card, you get a free drink (at $2.50)
This time wife tried the "grilled chicken" which is nothing more than teriyaki chicken and I had the fried pork cutlet.
Not bad, guess we'll be going back at least a few more times to use up the card :-)

If you're looking for service, this is not your place. As a Taiwanese myself and use to numerous poor Chinese restaurant services, this one beats them all. The cashiers (especially the younger one) look like she hates working there which is fine by me, but just don't be rude to me.
Their $6.50 bento box is not bad value (see the photo I uploaded), but if you don't speak Chinese, I'm not even sure how you're going to order there. Good luck!
Lot of other people seem to get their shaved ice or dessert, maybe we'll try that next time.
"SUMIYA is CLOSED due to the fire on 10/2/08. The cause of fire is still under investigation. The next door restaurant burned down completely.
Sumiya is partially burnt, but the damage is still unknown. At this moment, we have no idea when we can re-open again.
Once we can resume operation, we'll be sure to let you know on the website.
Thank you all for your continued patronage since June of 2006. No matter how long it takes and what it takes, we'll be back!! Love you all. Peace!
Best regard,
Ryuji, Owner Chef of Sumiya"

One of the best authentic yakitori places we've been to.
Small place, so make reservations or go with small group.
Just order a whole bunch of small orders and down them with a cup of Sapporo!
We especially like the following
- Kalbi (Korean BBQ one)
- Chicken wings (salty! and yummy)
- Duck and scallionPeople thought this was:

Maybe I'm just too spoiled as a Taiwanese and from the San Francisco Bay Area where ethnic food is the norm.
Nothing against Koreans as we love Korean food, but we've know that any Chinese restaurant run by Koreans is not a good sign and this one really proved that theory right.
Never had fried rice that bad that neither of us even touched it.
- Service was OK.
- Restroom smelled of bleach, another Chinese restaurant norm
- Food was *PIPING* hot, but not yummy

The reason I gave them 2 stars is the dishonest way they conducted business. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt as honest mistake, but the chances of the incidents just seems too coincidental. Here's the account of the story, u be the judge...
Issue #1: We turned down other bids to go with NAF. But when David came for final measurement and to collect deposit, he informed us that his initial measurements were incorrect and raised the final price significantly higher!
Issue #2: Now the above incident by itself would not have brought any alarm, but what happened next did. I made the mistake of referring them to a relative before our own quote/job started. An older gentleman from NAF (probably David's uncle or his dad), DID THE SAME THING!!! Except it was even worse, he informed my relative that he quoted too low *AFTER* the deposit had been taken! Who does that?!?!
Issue #3: When the job was completed, I promptly paid the rest of the balance as indicated on the contract. Five minutes later, David came back to the house and told me that he calculated wrong on his original contract and that the balance was actually more!!! I was in total disbelief and asked him, "do you rather stand there and ask me to
write a new check for more after what you initially did?" The answer was "yes"...
Needless to say, this is the last time I'll ever do business with them and for sure tell everyone I know to NEVER use NAF! Show owner comment »
