Good liquor and beer / wine selection. Also a good place to pick up the little things you need without having to drive to Von's or Ralph's.
Clean and friendly staff. A no frills room at a good price. Sitka is a beautiful town so the window views are nice.

This is my breakfast place of choice when I'm in the area. During a wine tasting trip, I asked one of the locals where she eats breakfast when she eats out. "Ellen's Danish Pancake House in Buellton" she said.
This place has a real country feel and the service is always fast and friendly. Ham hocks and eggs are my favorite with biscuits and a side of gravy. Make sure to check out the daily specials list.

The Fuel Dock's across the street from Legends. The bar looks smaller than it is from the outside. Inside it's got pool tables, shuffle board, darts and the service is good.
60+ labels of tequila in stock, largest selection in the Western US. 1 pool table, $2.50 shots of Jack Daniels, Pizza made to order, good people, what a great bar.
Great location! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We were offered an upgraded "ocean view" room for 120.00 per night, and I'm glad it was available. Now, understand that ocean view is totally dependent on the fog. Upon opening the window, we were happy with the great view of Morro Rock. I can't comment on the continental breakfast as we don't do them, but, breakfast is walking distance away. The motel is 4 blocks from Legends and The Fuel Dock. Again, great location and a good price.

What a great place to camp. I've never been here when it was crowded, but that's because i friggin hate crowds! Do yourself a favor and avoid the masses, set camp a the tail end of summer. The grounds are dog friendly, and man's best friend is invaluable for keeping the squirrels away. As others have reviewed, its best to bring your own fire wood etc, but in a pinch, the store should have what you need. 4 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Authentic and mod priced. I'm kinda partial to the carnitas plate, but have been known to order the carne asada. The buffet is good and so is the service. It's a great place to take in a Laker game and have a bite to eat.
I've been eating here for a few years now. Started off ordering sub sandwiches for hiking trips and beach outings with mixed reviews.
During the last round of the Sylmar fires, the wife and I had tried a few pasta dishes which were ok, but a little costly for what we got. The buffet is.....well, it's a buffet so I'll say no more. I'm not really a pizza guy but here's the thing, the pizza is outstanding!! We've had problems with the service. Everything from being served wrong bottles of wine, to incorrect toppings on our pizza. It's kinda a love hate deal with this place. Some times we get a witty waitress who gets everything right, sometimes my order is wrong, waitress is now where to be found, and some times the other customers look, act, and sound like they are on parole. Notice I gave a 4 star rating? It's amazing what you'll put up with when you have a large sausage and mushroom pizza, cooked to perfection, served with a pitcher of hef to wash it down with.
