Had another awesome scan with these guys. It's my last scan before I have my daughter so I was praying she cooperated and that the tech could capture some great photos for us. I got everything I wanted and more:) The tech actually thanked us for starting her day off with a scan of our sweet baby girl. She seemed to enjoy the scan as much as I did. I  highly recommend these guys. & if you arent in RR (I'm far from it)....its worth the drive.

Ps: After posting a few pics in a forum I participate in, I had so many compliments and ppl saying they were the best 3d scans they had ever seen:)

I really hate that John P had such a bad experience. I personally had the exact opposite and haven't stopped smiling since I left.  There are quite a few 3d ultrasound places much closer to my house but I ran across a 50% off deal and was willing to do a little driving to RR. I called and they were pretty booked up but were able to fit me in this afternoon (the same day I called:). I went in and was quite early because I had no idea how long it would take me to get there. They got me in right away ( I had no problem waiting if I had to since I was early). The US tech was awesome, attentive and extremely personable. I plan on making another appointment for a 3d scan in a month and a half. It was a 30 mile drive that was more than worth it. I will def refer friends:)

P. Terry's

This morning I discovered P. Terry's serves breakfast.  I thought about attempting to drive home for breakfast but I was starving so I decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the prices, free range local egg and cheese sandwich for $1.50?! Are you kidding me? I decided to add sausage to the deal and see how fabulous this sandwich could be. First of all it was HUGE, second it was D-LISH and third....it cost a few more cents than a nasty McDonald's biscuit. Why would anyone not pay a little more for something healthier and twice the size? I cant wait to take my kiddos before school, since they haev a new South location. My kids love P.Terry's already, they're gonna flip when they find out they have breakfast:) Oh and they have Dublin Dr Pepper on tap...hello!

Time for an update, my first review was only after my first visit but I have now been quite a few times. I've had two previous pregnancies with two different OBGYN's that I really did like. But neither compare to Dr. Kalamarides. He is so hands on and so attentive. I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor in my life. I love his nurse Monica too! You feel like family when you are there and that is awesome!

I was referred to this clinic by another one and had no idea if I would like it or not. Its hard finding a new doctor, especially when you know you are going to be spending the next 7 mos visiting them on a regular basis. I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by how personable the Dr was and how much time he took with me. This is a Catholic clinic but please note...they dont care what religion you are. I didn't know it was Catholic based until after I made the appt, but it was a plus for me because I share the same faith. Religion aside, the staff was amazing. I wont be OBGYN shopping anytime soon. I am so happy and cant wait to continue to build a relationship with everyone there. & I feel blessed to know Dr. Kalamarides will be delivering our baby:)

A quick update on things. You never know if your surgery was successful until you get results. And I can proudly say that on the one year anniversary of my reversal....I got a positive preg test. One year to the day! Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor and I am so thankful he was my surgeon.

Some might think a post like his is "tmi" but I don't care. If I can help someone like myself find a doctor that can give them a second chance at parenthood...I will. Dr. Smith was referred to me by my best friend of 17yrs. There were quite a few reasons I chose Dr. Smith for my tube reversal. He was at the hospital where my original procedure was done and he was familiar with that doctors work, he did my friends reversal which was successful and he's been doing this since 1978 at the same hospital....he must be amazing right? He's a spiritual man and proud of it (he prayed with me before surgery). Everyone can use a little prayer before a major surgery:) I went in to have my surgery and Dr. Smith calmed my nerves, explained EVERYTHING to me and even sent me home with pictures of everything he had done. It was pretty amazing. My recovery was easier than expected and I even went back to work a week later. Though that might not be the best for everyone. The day after surgery I went in for a followup and the nurses didn't recognize me, I walked in like nothing ever happened....like I said, I recovered really well. I was sore for a wk and then it was like magic , one week to the day I felt almost 100% again. We get to start trying to have a little one very soon and all thanks to Dr. Smith. He's an amazing doctor that has  an amazing team working with him.

Okay...this place is probably our new favorite eatery. You cant go wrong...EVERYTHING on the menu sounds insanely d-lish! I wish they had told us the crepes are the size of small vans. We ordered one each and then a dessert crepe to share. MISTAKE! I mean kind of a mistake. They were huge, super huge. We could barely finish our dinner much less the amazing raspberry crepe to follow. It's like a whole meal wrapped up in a sweet little pastry from heaven. Did I mention that the service was EXCELLENT?! Excellent! Friendly and helpful. Prices are great and food is fresh! Loved it.

I grew up spending many days wrapping silverware at the Barton Springs location and always loved the food, my uncle was the cook/mgr. So I feel a bit partial to Green Mesquite and decided to try the new location. I have no complaints on the food, except that the ribs were a bit dry. The rest was perfect and the fried pickles are a MUST! Customer service was great too. We will def be back but will probably skip ordering ribs again.

The kiddo and I decided we needed to check this place out and we don't regret it. I ordered the fish and chips, she had the shepherds pie. I will say this....I wish I had ordered what she ordered. The fish was good but her meal was super yummy! Baker St seems like a cool place to meet-up with friends for drinks, maybe that will be my next experience there:)

I've waited and waited and finally I got my chance to visit the Austin location. I pretty much lived at the one in Arlington and literally prayed they would open up here when I moved. The sushi is delicious and fresh, service was great and be sure to try the tempura veggies! Goodness I could live on tempura veggies! There is absolutely no reason to not hit this place up. I cannot wait to go back...like NOW! Show owner comment »

Never ever ever ever again will I shop here. Ever. Let me explain why.

I usually give 2nd chances...even 3, but I am beyond done with this place.

My son got new soccer shoes for Christmas which were purchased in Dallas. They weren't the correct size so we took them in to do an exchange. I understand different stores have different items so when they had to have what we needed shipped from another store I was fine with that. After multiple follow up calls from ME which went on for over a month, I was finally told they were there and had been for 2 1/2 wks but we had not been contacted. This was my fourth call to the store and I only got answers because the manager finally did the work. My overall experience is why I am giving them 1 star...the manager did his job and I appreciate that. So today we head in to get the shoes my son is dying to have and that I have had to chase down. Guess what?! WRONG SHOES! The original person I dealt with took the name of the shoe down, not the model number. So we finally get our shoes only to see they are the football version and not the ones we needed. Try dealing with a kid asking about his flipping shoes every day for over a month only to get his hopes up. My main complaint is I had to call them over and over and not once did I receive a call from them, not even when our order came in. I also never heard anyone say they were sorry, POOR customer service!  Its Sports Authority for us from now on.

I have no idea why this place wasn't packed and busting at the seems. They have a great variety of frozen yogurts and toppings, I tried chocolate, cake batter and cheesecake. I can say that the cake batter flavor was my absolute favorite...especially since making cake batter to snack on really isn't acceptable. & this is much healthier:) I really hope we were just there on a slow day because this place really needs to do well. I would hate to see it go away. I cant wait to go back and take my kiddos:) Dlish!
