Nasty ass calzones. The ricotta cheese literally falls/crumbles out of the bread as you bite into it. Also, the restaurant is dirty.
The teriyaki chicken was descent. Slightly better than the chicken served at sushi station. The servers were polite, however the wait was nearly 30 minutes.
Great little pizzeria owned by the same guys who own Beppe's. Super trendy.
The service was great. However, the food tasted like it was straight out of a can or the freezer. I was very unimpressed by the cheese ravioli which was supposed to be the staple of their menu. I will not be going back to Mazzi's.
My old lady loves Thai food. That being said, she loved Sweet Basil and wants to go back. We ordered the pad thai and some chicken vegetable stir fry. The stir fry was good, but the pad thai tasted like a wet animal. Very stinky too.
What a neat little dessert shop. The interior is bright and charming. The desserts on display taste as good as they look. The branding of the shop is also very cool. I even saw a http://Yelp.com sticker on the door (+10 hipster points). I had the choclate orgasmic cake and my lady had the choclate creme pie. The cake was way too sweet for both of us, but the pie was awesome. I puked later that night - not sure if it was due to the cake or La Perla.
Also, coffee was not bad for a house blend at 9 PM.

The coffee is great, but the hipster vibe is almost too much to bare (get ready to get judged as you walk in the door) Located in a small industrial neighborhood, the location is very urban and hip. I felt almost as if I should have brought in my apple computer just so I could blend in a little more. Good coffee, but I don't know if I like the shop as much as Peruginos. Also, they do not serve whip cream.
The DAC and this gym are not even comparable. Sure it's more affordable, but look at the facility. This gym was built roughly 25 years ago. Plus, the indoor pool makes the whole gym humid and musty. Try the Downtown Athletic Club or Gold's Gym.

This is the only coffee that rivals Stumptown in Portland. They make a great latte and their pastries are excellent. Also, good atmosphere and pleasant baristas. Parking can be limited since it is downtown.

Sushi Station Japanese Restaurant

Sushi Station's house roll is descent. The chicken in their bento box is not the best quality - Sushiya's chicken is considerably better. The staff is always pleasant.
