I had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking Sutter Street, and the noise wasn't bad considering the A/C was broken so the window was open through the duration. Bus routes were very convenient with routes to downtown across the street, and routes to Fisherman's Wharf just a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly with daily messages asking if there was anything they could do to make the stay more enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable for a 3-star, although got a bit steep on the weekend. I didn't get a chance to try out the restaurant, though they have free sake tastings on Tuesday through Thursday nights. Worked for me, I would expect the same for you!
The whole process was painless, and I have complete confidence in using LBR in the future!
Understandably, the staff was very busy and stressed. I would not say my experience with the cashier was pleasurable, but again I couldn't blame her. So I placed my order and waited with the other 8 or so people in the walk up area. My order was ready in about 12 minutes, but I was entertained by watching the drive-up attendants running around taking and delivering orders. I was also mesmerized by watching the screen that tells how long the different order numbers have been waiting for their order.
I had the classic combo. Burger, fries and a shake. The burger was very good (for the type of restaurant). The fries were good, not great. The milkshake was excellent! It was all very satisfying, the type of lunch that leaves you craving a nap. Unfortunately that is not the result you want when you have to sit in an office for another 4 hours afterwards...
Overall, it was a very good experience. I would like to come back at a less frantic time to compare, but will definitely be returning here soon.

Cheesecake Factory
Categories: Restaurants, Desserts
The food is either excellent or mediocre, and no way to know before hand (the cheesecake is always fantastic). One of my favorites is the Asian Chicken Salad, and on one visit it was the best chicken salad I have ever had (5 star by far). Yet on a more recent visit, it was hardly edible (perhaps a 2 star). So I know they have it in them, but it doesn't always show.
The Cheesecake Factory is a safe bet... most likely you will enjoy your experience.
[Update] Since opening, the plaza outside the building has been a lot more lively with people since the market opened which is always a good thing!
