Well, unfortunately, here's what I have to say: I ordered one of the day's specials, a salmon dish. When the waiter brings the entrees for my four dinner companions, only then does he inform me that they're out of salmon and asks whether I'd like sole instead. May have been a mix-up. Regardless, no apology, no tone of apology whatsoever, no compensation for my entree, nothing.
Overall, the remainder of the service was fine and the backup risotto special I ordered was okay (risotto was well overcooked), but the error that caused me to start my meal when everyone else was just about finished was bad.

I love this place. It's as authentic as you get, affordable and delicious.
There's a lot on the menu, but the real specialty here is the ssam bap. How do I describe it? It's a dinner meal that at its essence is a heaping plate of various greens with meat to fill it. You can choose from pork, chicken, beef, squid or fish.
Koreans eat this in various ways. Generally, you take a piece of lettuce or cabbage or seaweed in the palm of your hand and then fill it with meat and any number of the side dishes that come with as part of the dinner: rice, various types of kimchee, bean sprouts, mung bean paste, etc. The ssam bap dinner also comes with dwen jang chigae (mung bean paste soup).
For two people, one order, for which you get to select 2 meats, is more than enough.
Yum!

Love this place.
Really interesting decor. Family owned with family-friendly service. And large, delicious portions of food. We even tried the imported Morrocan wine.
Yummy all around.

Not so good.
A few of the decisions were tasty, but I found the portions small, the service poor (inattentive, taking dishes when not finished, getting orders incorrect) and the price-value ratio low.
There are better Indian restaurants, even on Castro in Mountain View.

I've been here 2-3 times and enjoy it every time.
Excellent service, with the owner/manager frequently watching over the evening and taking care of guests.
The food is very good. There's plenty of variety in all courses. I enjoy the crab & avocado salad and the onion soup, in particular, as starters. And every meat I've tried -- beef, pork -- has been excellent.
Great little place in the middle of downtown campbell!

I won't return.
Novel concept -- ordering from the table via touchscreen. But I don't like it.
First, I found it horribly inefficient. As reasonably good as the UI was, it still wasn't easy to navigate. Even just getting a glass of water when I was horribly thirsty was an ordeal.
Second, the presence of the monitors in middle of the table left insufficient room for the plates.
Finally, the games were amusing but they, with the large television screens and the presence of the monitors, completely inhibited conversation.
The food was acceptable diner quality food.
Again, interesting, unique concept, but just not the dining experience I seek.

Expensive but very good meal.
This meal was my treat in our regular Tuesday dinner rotation.
I liked:
- the wine pairings and the extensive wine list
- a very interesting foie gras milkshake provided as the gratis appetizer
- a very good rib-eye . . . now, this was interesting, because it was cut thinner than the typical rib-eye and served without the bone. i was really skeptical, but it was cooked medium-rare as i ordered it, and the flavor was really good.
so-so:
- the cheese plate wasn't great; the cheeses selected weren't all that complimentary with one another or the fruits and nuts served with them
- the desserts were just okay
still, a very good meal although quite pricey -- $500 with tip for 4 people. for a special occasion, there are other restaurants i'd select first at that price.

I've seen the relatively low ratings and read the criticisms, but I'm a fan from my inaugural experience there yesterday. The home-made guacamole is good, the melted cheese appetizer is a heart-stopper, but who doesn't love cheese? The scallops are delicious -- love the sauce. And the carnitas are reasonable.
I like that it's not the run-of-the-mill American variety of Mexican tacos, burritos and enchiladas. A nice change of pace.

Love this place. Both the shrimp and the crawfish are delicious -- really, just sauce delivery vehicles. I always order with the corn and the sausage, too. The shrimp and crawfish are so good, I haven't had the occasion to try the crab or chicken yet. And you can take out, too; the restaurant will double-bag a to-go order.
Good eats and great with a couple of beers.
