some of the treats were:
Halupki- a beef stuffed cabbage roll w/ garlic & spices.
Halushki- cooked noodles, in onion & butter
Macedonian Hamburger- with onions green & red peppers.
Pierogi- small boiled dumpling stuffed with cheese
I spent about 20 dollars on our lunch that day, Christ the Savior Orthodox Church also make a delicious nut and raisin roll, that is available Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
As an appetizer we had the Satay Ayam (6.00), which is five pieces of grilled chicken in a spicy peanut sauce w/ onions & cucumber. We had Grandfather Chicken (6.75), which came with fried rice, hot & sour soup, a very fresh spring roll. We also tried the Black Basil Beef (6.75) which came with fried rice, wonton soup and a spring roll.
They had a sushi lunch special any three rolls for 10.00, we tried the spicy tuna, spicy salmon and eel & avacado roll. It tasted very fresh, on par with the store in harrisburg. Spicy mayo always does the trick for me here. Great lunch for under 30 dollars. The Malaysian dishes arent to be missed! BYOB, cash & credit and delivery available.

the menu was small and basic, a few Portugese items, and a few American ones. Mostly meat, but not as much seafood as I'd like. prices were standard compared to what else ive looked at.
The restaurant itself isnt that large, there are many tables and booths squeezed together, theres a bar, with about 6 seats and a small deck with tables outside. A desert case rounded out the restaurant. There wasnt anything special about the decorations, there was a map of portugal and a few other things.
The portugese bbq places have become more and more common in the last few years. We decided to go here instead of driving up to the Ironbound. The food was so incredible, we had leftovers for the next 2 days. I'd suggest plate sharing if you go here.
