I have lost thousands of dollars and many many hours of my life to this, my favorite norebang in koreatown.

There have been many nights I've shown up here at 5 and left at 10am, including my birthday party last week.

As the others have said, the grey goose bottle service is the way to go.

Oh, and also, I think the name has changed to "grand" instead of "grammy" (I heard from my friend it was for legal reasons). It's the place up the little elevator from Wonjo.

This place was my last stop on a drunken spiral one night a few months back. I don't remember much (it was something like number 9 out of 9, I think) other than it was dirty, the music was great, the drinks were cheap, and the bartender was cute. What more do you really need from a bar, anyway?

What they said - quiet, chill, great drinks, and Sunita (the proprietor) is friendly and sweet.

I always stop here if I beat my friends to the LES and don't feel like dealing with loud crowds of douchebags (which, surprisingly, I am more willing to tolerate after I've had 3-4 drinks).

Also: the cucumber-ginger martini is fun.

This is my favorite nail place I've ever been to. They're nice and efficient and not too expensive - and they always do a wonderful job.

Monday-Wednesday they also have a manicure+pedicure special for $30.

My only complaint is that they are Visa/MC only - no AmEx.

Cozy, cheap (I think the most expensive entree is $12, most are $8 or $9), excellent food, wonderful portions. This is one of my Williamsburg staples.

I like it so much I'm having all of my friends come there tonight for my birthday party!

La Lanterna di Vittorio

One of my favorite date spots in all of New York, 'Next Door' (the basement dinner lounge space at La Lanterna) is warm, cozy, dark, and wonderful. The pizzas are great, the desserts wonderful, the coffee done properly, and the service is consistently sufficient.

In the wintertime it's awesome to go in late and drink coffee and wine and snuggle against the snowfall. Everything about this place is comfy.
