Service was horrible.
We came for takeout and they automatically included gratuity of 15%. And they had tip jars all over counter. Talking to the manager got his reversed, but the servers were of no help.
As for the food, it's mediocre. The greek salad was tiny and chicken kabob was dry.

sat at the bar - everything was $9 or less
however, each plate was 4 bites worth of food (and my bites aren't that big anymore)
definitely quality over quantity

so good and so consistent.
calling your order in definitely helps and they always get it right.
make sure you get it on the grilled challah.

some of the best corned beef and rye bread i've ever had.
haven't been in a few years, but it's definitely up there with the best jewish delis in LA and NY
Was just here today with my coworkers - we have a cigar "locker" and come by every month or so. These lockers let you store your humidor'd cigars and and bottles of scotch as well.
It can get a little stuffy and smoky inside but the comfy chairs and flatscreen TV are comforting.
The owners are awesome and make great recommendations on cigars and liquor/wine. They have a great selection of cigars in their walk-in humidor. They also sell top notch wine and scotch (other liquor too) which you can buy by the bottle and pour yourself.
They also have tasting events once in a while where cigar reps come and promo their items.

Turkey burger on wheat.
This thing was huge - when they say 8oz, they're not kidding.
Everything was really fresh and their sauces (including house ketchup) were homemade.
The online ordering sealed the deal for me - think bay cities deli online ordering, but you pay online and the interface is better.

I had severely comminuted fracture in my little finger - in other words, my right pinky was sticking out at a 45 degree angle because the bone (PIP) nearest my hand was smashed into 5 pieces.
I made an appt. with Dr. Hanker and he saw me that day. The finger was so unstable that he recommended putting pins through it so it could properly heal.
Months later, I've had the pins taken out and am going through finger rehab.
Overall, this place knows what they're doing. It's like the costco of orthopedics - no messing around - just to the point. Surgery was super quick and efficient.
They have a huge rehab division for both physical and occupational therapy. These therapists take their jobs very seriously and are proud of the work they do. They see so many patients that they never have to second guess a treatment.
Assuming you have decent insurance, it's pretty affordable. I think Blue Cross wacked 80% of the bill. My surgery out-of-pocket was a fraction of what Cedars charged me for a visit to the ER (of which all I got were some x-rays and tylenol).
If you ever break anything and are within 50 miles of this place, don't go to the ER, don't go to another hospital - make an appt with SCOI.

Great bang for the buck.
Fish tacos are amazing - 100 times better than rubios.
Chicken tostada salad is a frequent, healthy option and complements the tacos al a carte well.
Oh, and they have Mexican Coke too - 100% cane sugar - no HFCS.

Chicken sandwich was boring, but that should be expected.
Amazing beer selection (6 or so on tap any any given time). Apparently the owner of Craftsman installed the tap system to ensure that his 1903 would be poured perfectly.
Scoops is definitely a treat - vanilla Jim Beam gelato had a hint of bourbon but even non whiskey drinkers would like it.
Friendly staff and unpretentious environment.
