This is heaven for exotic raw produce like Durian, jack fruit, star fruit etc. Very clean and good prices.

The other reviewers are right though about needing friendliness lessons. All the asian markets seem to have disdain for non Asians. It's generally a feeling of "We have plenty of customers so we don't need to be nice to you or have you come back ever again. as a matter of fact we would rather go out of business than have you shop here"

I have been buying produce here as well as nuts and other staples here for about a year.
The people who work here are helpful and the produce section is very extensive and almost all organic. they are knowledgeable about supplements and have a large variety of superfoods, liquid minerals, personal care stuff and more with much more reasonable prices than whole foods.

This place is ok in a pinch but it smells like rotting fish and could be a lot cleaner. I was not impressed with the produce that was piled near the door although there were some interesting looking boxes of peppers laid out to dry in the sun in the parking lot. It was a little too much like being in a third world country but not in the good way.

The place is ok but in comparison to KH and Kim Long why bother?
It is only a few blocks from Kim Long, It was quite empty when I showed up.
They have a decent produce section but the young coconuts looked old so I did not buy any even though they only cost 99 cents and not much variety for fruit.
Easy enough to find, with parking at corner of Rose and Anahiem

I love this place. it is cheerful and almost friendly by Asian market standards. It is clean and well laid out with lots of variety
Great place to shop for raw fruits and vegies, young coconuts are fresh at $1.29. they have lots of interesting dried spices, seaweeds etc as well.
The parking lot is full of SUVs so this is where everyone comes from all around long beach. there is pleanty of street parking as well

This is slightly smaller than Kim Long but is also a pleasant place to shop.
Everything is laid out with painstaking organization and there is a lot to choose from in the produce section and the rest of the store has a lot for cooked foodies in dumplings and prepared goodies.
I could not find any young coconuts. just the older harder versions.
but all in all a very pleasant place to shop.
