Their crust is perfect. Light, thin but not flimsy, crispy and doughy edges, and topped with fresh, organic ingredients.

And who knew you could wheel around a wood-fired oven like that?

Delicious. I recommend the Dungeness crab mac and cheese and the flatiron steak sandwich, medium rare.

The downside? Slow.

It's tiny, and there isn' t much, but this the only place where every single restaurant has folks standing outside giving out samples of clam chowder. Broke and hungry? Come here!

The best meal I've had in the Monterey area. This is the restaurant I'd recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal.

I highly recommend their:
Dungeness crab salad
Monterey squid salad
Gulf of Maine scallops
(These were actually what our waiter recommended to us.)
