I head here once a month for the awesome Gardenburger. That and a small order of onion rings (also excellent) is all you really need. Quick, friendly service, reasonable prices, the food is always good.
Lots of hype about this place, but based on a single visit, I'd say the agua frescas are awesome and the two moles we tried (poblano and almond) we cloyingly sweet. I've had much better at Guelaguetza and even at Mexico City.
They don't sell beer or wine, but will happily let you make a run to the nearby liquor store and have your purchase with your meal.

Stopped in for a late brunch after the Sunday farmer's market and was very impressed. The iced green tea has a wonderful essence of mint and our server was helpful with questions about a couple of sandwiches, even grabbing a taste of the tuna salad from the kitchen for us to try before ordering.
I went with the breakfast side of things, two eggs with ham steak and blueberry pancakes while my wife went with a turkey wrap. Both were terrific and we also figured out that the place clears out after about 2 - handy for future spontaneous munching in the area.
The menu covers a lot of territory, and we'll definitely be back to try more and sample the bar offerings. Valet is $2, which is what two hours on the street would cost (meters need to be fed 7 days a week).
They told us they're now open til 10 every day. Yay.

Good bang for the buck. Plenty of discount offerings, the salmon and tuna and eel are usually quite good. As others have noted, this is cheap, good sushi.
I wouldn't place it high on my lost for a special night out, but it's dependable and while the service can be a little slow, it's always adequate.

I can say they do at least one thing well. Chorizo and eggs with a side of green from their chile verde.
This is an old-school dive of a place. Old customers, old staff, old furnishings, old building.
Solid, but nothing elevates to the "best one of those I've ever had." But for the price, the value level is above average.
