One of my new favorites... Been here about 3 times and everyone I've gone with leaves happy, full, and satisfied. The ambiance isn't as dark/cozy as I usually like but once you start drinking and eating that becomes a non-issue. Service is always friendly and good (not up your butt but don't ignore you either) ... The food is delicious... I like the Tilapia with either the mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes (yum!) ...Appetizers are also yummy (Crabcakes- ok, warm Mozarella with tomato- good, empanadas- good)... and they have a nice wine selection... Almost everything I've sampled here I've liked...from the pastas, to chicken, to their various red meats... the desserts! Price is also reasonable...Oh! And great music as well...   You can come here with friends, family, or a date...

One of my favorite wineries visited on our trip. The pours are  generous and I like the fact that each tasting is in its own glass. We went here twice and both times our pourers were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked their Russian Valley Pinot Noir...

The grounds are beautiful, they stay open later than most (6pm), and the second time we were there we witnessed a gay wedding (yay!).

Place as OK (2.5 stars)....nothing too memorable...Probably would have been nicer to eat here during the day to enjoy the views... Our server was extremely friendly and sweet but I don't even remember the food which says something...

I just looked at the menu to see if anything comes to mind and yes:

We had the phyllo wrapped french brie: Meh...Ok I guess.
My friend had the Salmon which was kind of bland...I had the pan seared Halibut which was a better choice though again, I can't recall details.

The best part was the location...we crossed the street and there were people making smores along the sand...

Went here for Ladies night-- I think on a Thursday and had dinner beforehand. Dinner was pretty good but the whole entire time I was ultra paranoid because 10 minutes before our dishes came out - the people seated ahead of us left because there was a roach on their seat...Gross... I was looking all around the whole time...

As for the Ladies part...we met some very friendly women who told us some restaurants to check out during the stay and a couple of girls afterward but it wasn't much fun...Most of the crowd was older and stand-offish...I am not once for the lesbian scene anyway,  but I was disappointed overall in the lack of choices in SF.

This is the place I credit with making me an official fan and addict of brunch... So good... The wait was pretty long and I was bummed that we didn't sit outside (friend didn't want to wait any longer)-- but once I got the food I really didn't care... I had the poached eggs with cornbread... They didn't go too crazy with the hollandaise which I appreciated...and I loved every bite...

I liked the overall vibe and general feel of the place... I'd make it out here next trip for sure...

Seems like a haven for tourists -- us being a couple of them ;) but very yummy food with ridiculously large portions. The calamari were very good, though it is hard to mess up on traditional Calamari. For my entree - I had the Salmon atop a bed of crab ravioli...Oh My Lord...So good, but oh so filling. The piece of Salmon was HUGE which was surprising considering the dish also included ravioli....

The atmosphere reminded me of a traditional old school Italian place which is I guess what it is ...cute...though I wouldn't come here for the vibe. We waited at the bar and had a glass of wine before being seated which didn't seem to take long (we didn't have reservations).

Service was friendly and the food very satisfying and filling...we had no room for dessert. It is a little pricey but for the amount of food you are getting -- seems fair.

Went here twice -- both times for lunch.
First time we ordered a pizza (Margharita) and chatted it up with a very friendly and charming waiter as we waited. Pizza was delicious -- it could have been because we were hungover but I don't think so...we devoured it in the car...

Next time we went -- we were seated outside and I ordered a panini (Vegetariano- good) -- and my friend got a pasta dish -- The Cappellini con Pomodorini which was very good, light, and al dente. We again were served by the same charming waiter and if I weren't such a gay, I might have developed a crush.

Very cute charming place with tasty food. I am not sure why all the complaints about the service because we thought it was wonderful and very attentive. We were even given a few wine recommendations based on what we liked and ordered.

I had an eggplant pasta dish which I remember being really good...We didn't get the gnocchi which is what this place is most well-known for, but that didn't seem to matter much. It was one of our favorite dinner spots on our trip-- and I would definitely come again...

Bleh...Went here for breakfast and wasn't impressed at all.
The food was OK (The hashbrowns though were gross--way too buttery), the service was extremely slow and horrible (we had to wait 20 minutes for our check and probably wouldn't have gotten it if we didn't practically beg) and I didn't like the vibe inside much.

I also prefer the pancakes at Dottie's...

Went here on the recommendation on someone we met while on our trip
(Thanks Kristy!)

Very good sushi- The Golden Gate roll was really yummy and the plating was nicely done.

I like the ambiance and the service was friendly.
I didn't find it pretentious like some other reviewers mentioned ...and I dug the music =P
