We ordered the chana masala, lamb korma, and half tandoori chicken all at medium (we asked for pepper on the side). The food came out without the pepper on the side so my roommate who adores hot foods had to wait and the waitress had to be reminded to bring it out. I am generally not a fan of tandoori chicken but it was well prepared, tender, and overall good. Chana masala was decent with some good notes to it but I was sort of sad with the lamb korma. That plate came out with a few pieces of lamb which made us all wonder what would have happened if we did individual plates (someone would be starving). The korma itself was bland so I was grateful when the pepper arrived to give it that extra push.
On the bright side the waitress was accommodating when we requested wine and brought two tasters for us to decide upon. After the meal she brought us a shot of mango lassi which was delicious. So the service was great but the dishes were just not that impressive.

We come over here as attempt #2 to get dice (attempt #1 was elsewhere on Memorial Day) so naturally with roommate and friend in hand, they both say just grab a set. So I grab one and a matching pouch then they mosey over to suggest not getting a set but rather personalizing it by getting individual dice. Then moseyed away, leaving me with a bunch of dice and I have no idea what to get (yeah, you say d4, d6, d8, d12, and d20, but do you know what that means to me? Nothing). So kudos to the people behind the counter who guided me through that.
P.S. Not knocking either of the two who left me to my vices there though. I'm going to assume it's somewhat torturous to watch someone pick a set of dice.

The roommate usually goes here and has a pretty good idea of what he wants while I'm idly standing by not sure of what I want myself. Today though, I was up for grabbing Gloom and the staff is very helpful and friendly -- so knowledgeable (which I gathered from previous visits). Overall a pretty good experience -- I wanted to linger some more but maybe next time.

We sat outside the store to finish up our ice creams while the guy was cleaning inside. For the life of us we couldn't figure out why for someone that was rushing to get us out wasn't taking in the chairs or closing the door (at least I was wondering that anyway).
So the short of the long: Nice flavours and pretty good servings though not that great at sampling so you will likely be making more trips to get them all figured out. Try to not go late at night. They did sample both on the same spoon so make of that what you will. Kind of pricey ice cream... but I would likely come back out of curiosity regarding those other flavours.

First time here so I just had to get the Eggs Louis because I love Eggs Benedict especially if it comes with crab and spinach instead (read that I like variations of the traditional Benedict, not just spinach and crab ;D). Pretty good, would have preferred it to be spicier but otherwise perfectly prepared with a nice helping of spinach which I love. The side of potatoes was a bit bland but I didn't mind as much as others in my party.
We ordered one blueberry germ pancake to at least taste it and that was also very good though by the time I got to it I was pretty full.
The food and service was overall pretty good but the wait was bad. Fine, you go with 5 people on a Sunday and you're bound to wait. However the coffee was all done and it was cold. When the majority of people were seated and we could finally run inside to wait, we realized some who arrived after us were seated already. Yeah at that point we wanted to call out the "List Master" to figure out what was up. Just as we were about to ask, we were seated.
Oh plus the decor is really nice.

Highly impressed... Got there early cause I figured as a new patient I'd have some paperwork to fill out. Sure enough, I did but that didn't take too long and while the optometrist prepared for me and they worked out my insurance I perused the frames. Pretty decent selection overall then the optometrist herself was very nice and great to work with it. She explained everything she needed to do in order to make me feel comfortable. In all my years of having to take the glaucoma test, I've always hated it the most but it wasn't too bad since I warned her ahead of time. I haven't got my glasses just yet but since I had such a great appointment and overall experience there since they are so helpful I just have to review.
