Does anyone have a good suggestion for a fun cooking class at a great restaurant in the area?

I think there's another thread about this somewhere. I've done a class at Thai Basil in Chantilly, but I don't know if that qualifies as "in the area". Also done some classes through adult education programs.

I wouldn't necessarily call Bebo Trattoria in Crystal City a "great" restaurant, but Roberto Donna is certainly a great chef. We took a fabulous pasta making class at Bebo last year, had a great time, and learned how to make some wonderfully delicate pasta. He offers loads of different kinds of classes.
Bottomless champagne while we did our hands-on class, then we got to eat everything we made. Yum! Bonus -- it's metro-accessible.

Mary Kay, that's an awesome idea. Who doesn't like pasta and bottomless champagne? Thanks for the info!
