Okay so a co-worker flagged down a lunch truck and convinced them to stop by our building every day. It made me reminisce about my high school days because the "roach coach" was our cafeteria. Sad, coming from a private school...haha. Anyways, it made me think about all of the random food requests that people had that the lunch truck fulfilled (such as garlic bread or hard boiled eggs). Seriously, these trucks have everything!

So....what was your most random food request that was granted by the wonderful roach coach? Maybe I'll order it next time = )

ooh, roach coach food....  I kinda miss that (notice, I said KINDA).  I used to work at a satellite office which was a few blocks from the headquarters so we couldn't access the cafeteria as readily.  So it was convenient to have them come around.  

Anyway, I used to order tuna sandwiches, which were surprisingly really good!  Their Mexican food was also good.  I remember ordering their breakfast sandwiches also, but I don't remember specifically what.
