I am hosting a small treasure hunt ending with dinner in a "green" restauraunt.  I found one in Palo Alto, but last minute need to redirect my hunt to between Los Altos in the North and San Jose in the South.  I'm looking for a restaruant in one of the following categories
Certified Green Business
Uses locally grown/produced food
Follows Ocean friendly seafood practices

I have searched many websites and find the information sparse.  We have planned $20 a head for dinner.

The only thing close I know of is Fresh Choice. Everything is locally grown. Dunno if you would call it completely "green".
