The other day I chose the frozen turkey meatballs thinking they would be a good quick source of protein when I didnt' feel like cooking after a workout.   Boy was I wrong!

Can you Yelpers provide me with any insight as to what I should choose for frozen items?

Frozen TJs I buy:

Marinated mahi mahi
Shrimp Gyoza
Vegetable enchiladas
Mixed frozen berries
Pizza (there's a thin crust one that's fabulous)
Rolled tacos

The diner style mac & cheese with a liberal amount of freshly ground pepper prettty much is my favorite thing.  I eat that with a side of their "greens with envy" vegetable mix. . .you know. . they balance out the cheese. . right?  Right?

The pierogies are evil good.

The pasta bags are great for a very quick dinner. . I like the arrabiatta with a dollop of ricotta for a super quick dinner.

The frozen "salad" shrimp are really good, too . . thawed and tossed in a salad or added to fried rice.

TJ's Maryland Style Crabcakes are freaking amazing!

Set the oven on broil and throw the little buggers in for about 5-7 minutes a side. I'll eat them on a sandwich or throw 'em on top of a salad. My favorite, though: topping it off with some marinara and parmesan on top of some rotini... Non-traditional, but delicious.

If you didn't like the turkey burritos, you may not like these suggestions either, but here goes...

They have great pre-marinated frozen fish that's pretty good. I dig the mahi mahi.
Trader Ming's Orange Chicken
The grilled chicken breast strips are awesome to put on a salad or in a pasta
Balsamic fire roasted veggies are great
Garlic fries! Not healthy but wow are they yummy!
Turkey meatballs are something I like. I nuke them wrapped in a moist paper towel so they don't dry out.

...not frozen, but good anyway:
Soup Bowls ($0.99 ramen-ish but lower calorie and much better tasting, I like the mushroom and spring onion)
Indian curry simmer sauce in a jar isn't horrible. Add some chicken, serve over rice.
Garlic & herb goat cheese
AntiOXidant nut & berry mix (cashews, almonds, walnuts, cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, raisins)

I recently bought this gorgonzola block topped with cranberry and a hazelnut (I think) pieces. It was fantastic as a party appetizer with some wheat thins.

Bon-bons

One of the BEST things in TJ's freezer (if you do any cooking and want to save time w/o compromising quality):
Crushed Garlc (by Dorot) - you can pop out one clove's worth at a time for cooking, and it isn't oxidized like the kind in the refrigerator case (gross!).  I use it for stir-fry, marinade, or garlic bread.  Huge time-saver!

One thing to skip:  The Chocolate Lava Cake - IMO, the quality of the chocolate is inferior.  Save your calories for something worth it, like the bon-bons.

They used to have really good frozen gnocci (plain kind - no sauce, no fancy filling) - haven't seen that anymore.  Bummer.

Recently discovered the frozen French beans. They actually are really good. I just put them in a bowl frozen with some salt, pepper, olive oil or butter and chopped garlic and microwave for about 5 minutes (time depends on the amount of beans cooking) and they come out really nice. The beans stay green and texture of fresh beans, not mushy at all.

I second the frozen green beans (there's an organic option for these too--not as good as the local farmer's market, but a fine compromise). The meatless meatballs are much better IMHO than the turkey. Skip the frozen thai noodle bowl.

Other yays: salmon burgers, chicken chile verde, chicken masala (as long as you're not expecting it to taste like the real thing), soy corn dogs, most pizzas
