Beyond Chez Jaime Patricio-- who has the best Mojito in San Francisco and why?
I have not found a Mojito in San Francisco that is good--they are usually too timid--not enough mint, lime.

Not Mojito in North Beach, that is for damn sure.
I prefer Mojito Martinis over regular Mojitos (less sugar and still the same great taste).

See what they're using to make it with. Look for fresh squeezed lime, *fresh* mint, and a clean rum to compliment it. For fuck's sake, nothing with a goddamn pirate on it. 10 Cane is unbelievably smooth and great for mojitos, cuba libres, and shaken daiquiris. Oronoco might be another decent choice....

Wow Tsada I want to have your children. I had no idea Kingman's made a good Mojito. I could practically walk there from my house.
Another great place for a Mojito is Paragon at the Claremont Hotel

When the mojito hit the SF cocktail scene some years back, Luna Park was THE place to get a mojito. Since then I've discovered that Chenery Park in Glen Park makes a super yummy mojito... lots of mint & lime in a big glass, with 10 Cane rum
worth the trek, and right near BART
