yeah they are both disgusting, i can never endorse subway also because i had a summer job there in high school and the practices are just really gross. i am not ready to go into detail about it but it ranges from people finding bandaids or knives in their food, mercury warnings on the canned goods that make up your sandwich, using expired cheeses, etc etc etc
quiznos seems good but i guarantee within 10 minutes of eating a footlong you will hate yourself and want to die. its like their sauces contain time-release poison so as soon as you get into your car you feel sick
basically just make your own fucking sandwich, ya lazy ass

that being said, Togo's is far and away the closest thing I have had to a good sandwich.
whenever i go home i bring back 2-3 sandwiches, even a few days old they still blow the socks off the crap that passes out here.

Used to work at the Subways in Tierrasanta...was all good in the 'hood. Had the Quizno's sammich yesterday but it was 7$ since I wanted chicken. Have to pay 7$ for the veggie so my friend was bummed...charging extra for something with no meat = lame.

Quiznos can be a total rip, had their full prime rib sandwich and it cost me 15 bux, WTF, and there was no bathroom!!! Should have gone to a frickin restaurant. subway may be $5 for a whole sub but one shouldn't have to pay more than that anyways cause their sandwiches are pretty lame. I go to Subway when I am starving and get a veggie cuz their meat sux ass and I like their onion sauce but they always put too much on till its soggy. the honey mustard at quiznos rules. Submarina fillings are so thin they are see through and Togos is pretty good.

If the food is heated you are supposed to be charged tax for it. Eating in or taking to go is also supposed to determine if you are charged tax but I can't remember which option is taxed.
I loved Togos back in high school but now when I go it just seems "eh", not sure if they changed something or what. Bread isn't soft enough for sure though.

Get a loaf of bread, some turkey deli and good cheese, a few tomatoes and a bag of spinach you'll be set for a week of sandwiches with $20
Two slices of 7 grain wheat
a large slice of muenster
about 4-5 slices of turkey
put on the sandwish on the skillet for a little bit until cheese melts
Add a few slices of tomato and avocado
Add spinach leaves
Smear a tablespoon of hummus on the bread
Assemble
Enjoy
