I hear there is a very large set of stairs in or near Montclair that are good for running?

I am doing 6 sprint length triathlons this year and would love to know more about these stairs, to add them to my training. Where are they? Where do you park to get to them?

How do you get to them from the Richmond / El Cerrito area??
