It's unused, and the inside cover says 2008 Deluxe Desk Weekly.  It's got all of the months for 2008, an advance planning section by month, expense summary sheet by month, weights and measures, telephone area codes by state, time zones and area code map, and section where you can store frequently called phone numbers.  

I know it's already March but if you or anyone you know out there would like this, let me know.  I don't want it to go to waste.  I already have another planner that I use.
