Hello:
2 of us are starting law school at next week and we are searching for a legit roommate (female) to live with me and another student at NEWPORT AVALON APTS.  Rent will be $1700, split 3 ways +utilities. Laundry is on site.

Move-In is AUGUST 1. My rent would be $700 and yours and my roommate's would be $500 each since you're sharing a room: If you don't want to share, please do not respond. It is a 2-bed, 1 bathroom complex. Location is awesome (look it up! It's sweet!) is rent is pretty freakin rad, right now, since the market is terrible. I love it. Have any questions just ask me!
No drugs, smoking, partying (we're students) or pets.
