thing is, i need to make sure it has the video jack capability... i bought the wire to hook the video ipod up to my tv because i buy shows from itunes a lot (dvd's... what are those??) otherwise i would definitely be looking into a shuffle to tide me over

i've been looking into prices, because just a week before this happened my headphone jack went screwy... so now that there's two things broken, repair costs are (cheapest i've seen) past $100... which makes me think it's time to bite the bullet and just get a new one...
