Hi. Help.

I'm celebrating my 30th in Napa end of August (Fri & Sat) with 7 of my closest friends, flying in from all over the country. We're staying at a vacation rental right outside of Napa, & the only thing planned is an (extravagant) limo wine on Sat. We're already spending a fortune on this trip, so I'm not looking for anything too fancy, but not too casual. We are all huge foodies and we're looking for great food with a nice ambiance. I currently have a reservation at Ad Hoc (as a back up), but at $48pp, it's a little more than what I want to spend. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

- Restaurant location: somewhere we can take a cab coming from downtown Napa
- Age range will be 26-36yrs old
- Food: open to anything
- Price range: $20-40pp
