again, minneapolis is not the San Francisco or Chicago that gets so much traffic on yelp.  I will say this though.  I doubt very much you can get a better hair cut anywhere else within a 300 mile radius of rocco altobelli.

Moxie, Moxie, Moxie.  I go to school out of state and will make the wait to get my haircut back here.  I go to the Midway (St. Paul) location, but the Minneapolis one is good too.

Rocco alittbelli's for a cut hands down. I used to drive 70 miles to go there. For color Five to Six is great, atmosphere is what it's all about!

New Reflections Salon - Aveda in Plymouth.  I have been getting my hair cut there for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed.  I have good stylists.

I can tell you where not to go!  The Premier Salon and Spa in Macy's in downtown Saint Paul.. At least do not go there for a facial, the girls there are clueless.  Details Salon in Saint Paul is great!  Also, Ficoccellos in the St Paul skyway is great too, Jennifer I think is her name, gives great brows and hair cuts, but is a bit overly talkative so prepare to nod and smile a lot.

I go to New Reflections at Ridgedale (same one as Camille L., just a different location) and love it. Rachael Craig cuts my hair and she's great.

I LOVE Kari at Salon Reve in White Bear Lake!  She is the only one that I go to and have my hair and my daughter's hair done. She is wonderful!

i go to spalon montage (the edina location).  i love it. the stylists i know that work there also really enjoy working for the owners. it's reputation is great, so if yo decide to change locations later on, its great to have it on your resume
