and i agree, balut should not be #1 on that list. but greg, natto?! i love that stuff! every time i go to santouka i get a side of it and at most japanese restaurants i get a bowl with a egg yolk. so good!

I've had snake wine in Taiwan before, so I'm not sure how comparable it is to baby mice wine.  I'd say Asians will eat a lot of shit, but those moldy cheese, argh, disgusting.

I loooooove cheese, but any cheese that involved danger and/or maggots is out of the running to get in My mouth.

Baby mice wine - I don't really go for alcohol, but if I read that it was safe and involves no weird dangers or side effects, I would try a sip  :)

No insects!!!  Although, scorpion, if prepared well and if I read that it's safe, I may try.....I don't look at it as an insect insect, so if safe, why not?

Oh, why is lengua even mentioned on this thread???  Veal tongue and lamb tongue, super yumm and not at all dangerous  :)

I think I covered all the stuff.
