My friend's cousin got married at the Bellagio and said it was amazing.  I'm sure any of the nice hotels would work.

Ceasars recently finished a bunch of new sections, including new wedding facilities...it's quite nice....but, and I'm guessing that it's not a unique downside, they only let you occupy the place for your alloted time, not a minute more.  Nice, elegant staircase for pictures as well.
