So far we're interested in these places:
Mix @ THEhotel Mandalay Bay
Burger Bar @ Mandalay Bay
Cravings Buffet @ Mirage
Commander's Palace @ Aladdin(Maybe for the Jazz brunch?)
'wichcraft @ MGM Grand
Where's the best sushi, aside from Nobu? Best champagne brunch? How about best seafood? Best cocktails and poker room?
And finally, what's your one can't miss place in Vegas?

My "one can't miss place in Vegas" would be Cirque du Soleil's "O" in the Bellagio. In terms of restaurants, I'm still working on that list!
