Shiho "In The City" F. says:
Well I'm typically a mellow easy going person but when I am on a mission to go to the mountains to hit up the slopes I expect a smooth drive even if it is during a blizzard. I am not an angry person by any means but I'm so fed up with people driving up 1-70 with rear-wheel drive just so they can get stuck on the side of the road, clog traffic and make life miserable for hundreds of folks that are super excited to make it to their favorite resort or home. I feel like mouthing off the lyrics from Offspring's Bad Habit at them. Can't Colorado enfore a law or something that will make people buy cars with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive? I mean it is not like we are living in season-less California or crusing around South Beach, Florida. We live in the Rockies and we have a freaking winter! Am I asking for too much?

yes, yes you are. people with RWD mustangs/camaros/trans-ams are entitled to feebily attempt to make it up in the mountains, only to get stuck and ruin my, and your day. WE LIVE IN COLORADO PEOPLE, HOME OF THE WINTER BEATER CAR AWD/4WD/OR THE FWD with the 16" steelies......
i feel your pain. i especially hate the extra cautious, slow down traffic and almost swipe into me type as you hit a lil patch of ice. its called countersteer, i mean you have a freakin awd volvo wagon, one of the safest cars in the world imo.
side note, its amusing to watch some people who think that just because they have all wheel drive, think they're hot shit. awd is not all wheel stop. kinda funny when you see them speeding, then slam the brakes and go skidding all over.
