I am new to Yelp.  So bear with me if the answers are too obvious.

On the Yelp page, I can do "Browse by Categories" and there is a number next to each category to indicate how many reviewed entities in each category.  Then I select Restaurants.  On the next page, it shows a list of cuisine for filtering or refining the search.  Where can I find a similar review count next to each cuisine?

If the count is not available, does anyone know what cuisine receive the most reviews on Yelp?


Where can I find demographics of Yelpers?
e.g. distribution of yelpers by age, gender, hometown, income bracket etc.
