Robert L. says:
I think Yelp should have some t-shirts made that say
www.yelp.com on one side and " What Are You Yelping About?" on the other.
It's been great advertisement for rock bands and many big name companies.

They do have some sort of t-shirt, I think?? I thought I saw photos somewhere, maybe it was a button.
And if I'm incorrect, my husband & crew would be happy to print or embroider shirts -
http://winnerwear.com/ (I hadn't meant this post to turn into a shameless piece of family promotion).
I was thinking too that a sideways oval car sticker, country of original style, might be cool.

Jeremy "Big Papa" S. says:
We did have a really cool Yelp shirt, but we've run out. The good news is that we've got a hot new design! Those shirts should be ready in a week or two. We'll be giving them out to Yelp Elite everywhere :)

Nish N. says:
Our fearless leader Jeremy is right - while the original design is no longer available (Bob on the far left is sporting one here:
www.yelp.com/about), we've come up with a new one that is sure to make any yelper proud. I think everyone on this post is definitely qualified for when our Yelp Elite (
www.yelp.com/elite) program goes national, and being a member is the only way to get one! Tell any slacker yelper friends you have that they better get cracking!

Wow - a Chicago thread with both Jeremy AND Nish participating!
And, it's not even to put out any fires!

G S. says:
How to become elite:
1) Tell Andrea W and Elizabeth N how beautiful they are - EVERY DAY! Sometimes many times per day.
2) Write reviews
3) Write reviews
4) Write reviews!
When you get to about 20 or 25 reviews. Again tell Andrea & Elizabeth how beautiful they are and express some interest in being considered for the "Elite" team.

I've worn my Yelp-T in Europe, been asked about it in several pubs in London. I look forward to getting the new design.

Yes- as usual Greg S is correct
A minimum of 5 compliments per day. Flowers and chocolate help too. :)
