If you won an all expense paid vacation for 10 days to the city of your choice - Any where in the world, which city would you choose?
Why?

Good one, Manny.  I would go to Moscow.  I have never been and look forward to the day when I have the time to go truly explore Russia.  What has delayed me in going is that I want to do it right, no expense spared...so that fits right into this little survey.  Reasons?  I am fascinated by the Cold War and what has happened to Russia since the fall of communism.  I find that era to one of the most interesting in recent history.  I studied every Eastern European class I could find in college, so I would like to see it first hand.  I also like Vodka and I hear it is really cheap over there!  What city would you choose?

Mine is Kinda wierd - I would choose Vung Tau Viet Nam.
A return visit for me. Was an R&R center during the little police action we were involved in once. The country is absolutely beautiful, the beaches fantastic.
When I was there it was not your everyday vacation spot, but thrust me, compared to our everyday accomidations, it was a treat.
About 5 years ago I worked for national Semiconductor in Arlington, and one of the guys I worked with went there for a wedding, the pictures were unbelievable. Vung Tau now known as the Asian Riviera.
A nostalgic look at the warmer part of the cold war.

Hmmmmm....this is a tough one.....there are so many.  I think I'd like to go to Prague. I've heard it's gorgeous. That being said - Rome (beautiful) and a number of other cities would also be up there too.

Yeah, this is tough. Ten days is a long time in one city, so it would have to be a good one. Maybe Rome, but I've already been there. So maybe someplace new like Buenos Aires or Rio. Or, since it's paid for, someplace pricey like Tokyo.

I hear Vietnam is fantastic. I spent a couple months in Thailand and loved it. I'd love to go back, but not to Bangkok. The beaches are amazing.

I'd go to Rome.  I've been there, but only for 2 days, so it was whirlwind, and I feel like there was still so much to see!

Paris!  French food is delicious.  Also, the city is full of history, architectural splendor, and many famous buildings that requires at least 10 days to learn and explore.

Ireland. Green is by far my favorite color and I've read too many wonderful books about the country. My cousins went there on a 4-day extended weekend and sent the pictures to the family. I've never seen people looking happier.

Okay my bad, you said CITY. Duh. I guess multiple cities in Ireland, then. :) Does that count as an answer?
