The best new sitcom on television is 30 Rock. The writing is top notch, and I actiually laugh.
The best new drama on cable televison is Dexter on Showtime. It is creepy, supenseful, and well written
The best new drama on network television is Friday Night Lights. The mood, atmosphere and teen angst of a small Texas town addicted to Football is well characterized.
Guilty Pleasure: I'm 37 and still watch th eReal World on MTV. the show is in its 14th or so season and it never ceases to amaze me. In the current season taking place in the Mile High City, we are three episodes in and they are already fighting (including racial slurs), sleeping with each other, girl on girl kissing, and crying over utter alcohol fueled nonsense.
Shows I have given up on: Desparate Housewives. Yawn. Grey's Anatomy. Enough already. Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Too smart for its own good and way too preachy.
Show I cannot wait for: 24. Jack Bauer for President in 2008!

I am shamelessly addicted to Bravo's competition reality shows like Top Chef and Project Runway. Project Runway viewing parties at my house were a blast, I miss them.
Lost being split bothered me at first, but then found out that the second batch of the season will run continuously...no more every few weeks wondering if you get a Lost repeat like what went on in season 2.
Haven't caught Heroes yet. It's almost like so many people are hyping it to me that it makes me delay watching it even more. I have too many addictive shows on my roster as it is.
