(Preferably one of those TV repairmen that will not have sex with her as in so many pornos.)

She's probably screwed either way meaning by the TV guy (they really are all in pornos) or by the TV itself unless it is relatively new and under waranty. Unfortunately, TV's arent really made to be repaired but rather replaced these days - that being said there is a good shop in JP but that is probably too far away. Good Luck.
