I have been too broke to go out to eat lately so I have not been yelping as much, but I have been making some great food.  I recently tried this recipe from phantom gourmet for chicken tuscany

http://www.phantomgour...

and it was so good I almost yelped my apartment.  I have never tasted anything like this before.

do you guys have any good recipe's that are unique tastes?  I consider cooking to be a hobby of mine and am always looking for new recipe's.  I just can not wait to move out of allston so I have a kitchen bigger then a closet.....

This is my fave recipe that I tried on food network:

My boyfriend loved it but it is a little spicy, you can adjust it though according to your liking...I like food network too because they have this thing called "My Recipe Box" where you can store up to 50 recipes :-)

epicurious.com rocks.   What kind of food do you want to cook?  I have tons of fave recipes.  Help me narrow it down and I'll contribute!

I know this wasn't my post originally but I LOVE carnitas!  I'll take it if you're sharing... or I can trade you my secret weapon recipe, another braised dish.
