As for happy-things... yeah I like to indulge in some retail therapy sometimes too, and Iron Man was greeeat btw!!! :) Otherwise...
1.) Smelling something yummy/good like baked goods or lavender. Cheesy but it works!
2.) Totally pampering yourself... bubble bath, face mask, whatever
3.) Being a real slug and staying your PJs all night doing nothing but slug activities... OR
4.) Getting really dolled up and going out. Either one as long as you're totally indulging your mood, not worrying about social obligations and doing whatever you want :P
5.) So silly but buying yourself flowers can be a cheer-giver if you like them
6.) Definitely cute animal esp. if its your own!
7.) A big, fat red velvet cupcake
8.) Yeah, a chick flick. Works depending on what you're feeling depressive about
9.) Some exercise, then maybe a sauna visit afterwards whether you're already at your gym or just running outside
10.) The smell of the ocean... although I know that can be hard to get to sometimes!
