"WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! INCIDENT TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE. I came 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment with Bridget and let the receptionist know I was there. As I sat there waiting right behind her station, Bridget was taking others that walked in after me. I thought this was strange and kept expecting her to let me know what was going on. It wasn't until over 50 minutes later did she come to me and say "Oh, are you -----, I'm so sorry I missed your name on my schedule". Thanks to my higher power I just kept my mouth shut at that moment."
