"I had the pork belly and it was delicious. It was the service that I was amazed at and how I could watch the cooks making my order. It was like watching a cooking show! I felt like I had to talk to the chef and tell him that they should put in a live feed for their website. Sitting at the bar by myself was not boring. I loved watching the meals being created with precision and care. If I can watch food being prepared, I am less nervous about the freshness and cleanliness of the kitchen. Bon Aperitif!"
