"I love Dr. Case! And like everybody else I only gave 4 stars because of Dr. Case. I work in a hospital and I am very pleased with the answers that he gives me and he is very professional and he always takes time to see you and does not feel like he is rushing. He also calls back himself whenever I call over the phone with some questions. The staff however is a completely different story. Yes, they are very very RUDE! and I think the office needs some new modern equipment."
