"Unless you are totally ambulatory and really don't need help doing anything then Superior Senior Care is the place for you. If you have a handicap of some sort this is the last place you will ever want to do business with! The management is less than adequate along with the quality of caregivers they provide. 90% of the caregivers there are untrained lazy and unpredictable. I'm ashamed to say that I am still with them. Their caregivers no call no show the office has no one to back up other caregivers so if you are in need of a real person for real help my suggestion is take your business elsewhere and save yourself the torment of having nobody to help you when you need it"
