What are people saying about shopping near , NY?

This is a review for shopping near , NY:

"A cute little marketplace that seems to shirk various boutique and tchotchkes. From the looks of it, it might have a high turnover rate for businesses. We perused the top floor on our day trip in Saratoga. If you're looking for art or to find a gift for someone, you'll probably find it here. A lot of the little shops focus on sustainability and fair trade, so your gift or purchase will not only leave you satisfied but happy that you could contribute a little more. There were also a couple of pet boutiques so I'm sure it's okay to bring your Fido into the marketplace. Saratoga itself seems very dog-friendly. It would be nice if they had a little cafe inside or something where you could stop and get a snack or a coffee while you browse."
