Diving into Ethiopian/Eritrean Delights (4)Wash your hands, then get them dirty! Ethiopian/Eritrean (nearly indistinguishable, as most establishments will cite both as their style) food is one of the most fun and tasty culinary adventures around. Wonderful among friends and a belly-full alone. Try out some honey wine while you're at it. Be pepared for strong spices and sauce under your nails...this is not for the OCD or the faint of heart! |
