What/Why:: In honor of Valentines Day, we are presenting two wonderful heart meditations at the World of Meditation! They are The Heart of Peacefulness Meditation and Opening the Heart Meditation. Both meditations guide us to that gentle, loving space inside where the joyful, peaceful feelings of the heart reside. Each is approximately one half hour.

From 8:00pm - 9:30pm.

Cost $8 or pass. (10 Meditation Passes are available for $50 = $5 a meditation.)
