Rosatis is the only place around Waco serving deep-dish pizza (that I'm aware of).  True to the chicago-style, the pizza is made with cheese on the bottom, then toppings, then sauce and parmesan on top.  It does take awhile so be prepared to wait at least 30-45 minutes for the pizza to cook.  Rosatis also has non-traditional deep-dish with sauce on the bottom and cheese and toppings on top.  I'm…
